During your initial consultation we will discuss all of the services offered and how I can best support you. At the beginning of every shift I like to make a game plan for the day (or night). Your needs are likely to change from day to day and I am happy to accommodate.

Every family is different! Some families want support once a week while others prefer I pop in several times throughout the week.

Day shifts have a minimum of 3 hours of support. Overnights have a minimum of 6 hours.

During the postpartum period the focus generally revolves around the new baby. So often the parents/siblings fall through the cracks. I am here to ensure that the entire family unit is being taken care of!

My current rates are $35/hour for daytime care (9am - 7pm) and $40/hour for overnight care (7pm - 6am).
